  • City of Centralia Climate Resilience Planning

    In partnership with Perteet Inc., we are developing the city's Climate Resilience Element for its 2025 Comprehensive Plan update. This work entails conducting regional climate impacts analysis, auditing and prioritizing community assets, mapping climate hazards to assets, conducting risk & vulnerability assessments, and developing goals and policies for the city to implement. This engagement also includes facilitation of Centralia's Climate Advisory Team and community engagement efforts.

  • North Central Washington Climate Element Projects

    These projects are scheduled for completion in June 2025. We conduct this work using internal subject matter expertise and by building upon the Climate Element Planning Guidance provided by Washington's Department of Commerce.

  • A Guide for Taking Climate Action at Work

    We co-developed this employee resource pro bono for the nonprofit, ClimateVoice. The purpose of the guide is to help employees navigate their role and opportunities in advocating for climate change action within their organization.

  • Downstream Impacts of Cascade Snowpack Loss

    This paper focuses on how seasonally-driven impacts from reduced snowpack in the Northern Cascade Mountain Range will worsen, increasing the urgency to act now to prepare for a future with less hydrologic consistency and dependability. Unpredictable water resources will impact agriculture, tourism, infrastructure, and human habitation in the Northern Cascades—putting human health and economic stability at risk with vulnerable populations being disproportionately impacted.
